Jordan Jesus Silva Diaz (Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, July 30, 1994) is a Mexican soccer player, he plays as a central defender and his current team is Club América of Liga MX.

Deportivo Toluca Football Club

Grassroots football

Jordan began to stand out at an early age. At age 14 he became known in the 3rd division of the local team Las Tunas, where his ascent was dizzying because with just 6 months in the potosino campus he already shone with his own light.

Silva Díaz began playing as a forward and later became a central defender, a position he continues to play today. In 2008, the Matehuala team received an invitation from the Maya Park team to take part in a tournament in Houston, Texas, where it was observed by Deportivo Toluca viewers.

The team took first place and that's where the former Los Angeles forward Red Devils, Ítalo Estupiñán, detected Jordan's potential. Next to the player, two more elements received the opportunity and after the tests, Silva was the only one who remained in the basic forces of Toluca.

He started in the 5th scarlet division (sub-15) and gradually climbed the ladder to migrate to the sub-17 and then be considered in the sub-20, where he was even the team captain.

First team

He made his debut on April 13, 2014 with Deportivo Toluca in the 2014 Clausura, entering the exchange for Héctor Acosta at the minute 84', before the Leon Club.

In the Copa MX tournament against Atlante, he scored his first goal as a professional, and in the 2014 Apertura MX League, he scored his first goal in the First Division on date 7 against Veracruz.

Cruz Azul Sports Club

In June 2017, his transfer to the Cruz Azul Sports Club was made official in a definitive purchase for 2 million dollars, being the first reinforcement for the Apertura 2017.

On May 17, 2019, he did not renew his contract with Cruz Azul, and he remained as a free agent.

Club Tijuana

On May 22, 2019, the transfer of Jordan Silva to Club Tijuana is made official, becoming the first reinforcement for the Apertura 2019.

Club América

On January 12, 2021, Club América makes official the incorporation of Jordan Silva as a reinforcement for the Guardianes 2021 tournament.

Hopes of Toulon 2016

With more experience and a better footballing level, Silva Díaz receives the confidence of Raúl Gutierréz to carry the captaincy of the U23 team that would play in Toulon, where despite the bad numbers he was the best player of the Aztec youth team.
The first match is a loss to host France.
In the second match Jordan gets a score where it is not enough to avoid the fall against the Czech Republic.
The next game was against Mali, even though he was the starter and captain, this game produced a draw.
